Dr. Ruchit Shah heads Mangalam Pathology Laboratory, Ahmedabad as a Founder member and Managing Director.     

Dr. Ruchit Shah provides vision and leadership to the company and is responsible for strategic planning, business expansion and market development over and above managing functional laboratory work and finance. His continuous endeavor makes the MPL one of the reputed blood testing laboratories.

Before switching over to more strategic role in the company, he has spent a right smart spell at operational level in different areas of Pathology field. Along with,  possesses a depth knowledge as a doctor in clinical pathology, he also marvels in the area of Haematology, Molecular biology, Immunology, Infectious diagnostics, Histopathology. He believes in Quality assurance, customer satisfaction. He maintains good harmony with other doctors to give fast and best service to customer at diagnostic level. Having worked with all functional areas at grass root level actually has helped him in developed as a good leader.

Knowledge of systems and processes, along with stronger leadership in various aspects engender in making inroads into number of verticals which Mangalam Laboratory has currently operates on. His innovative but practical approach has really helped to realize value proposition through his services. His ceaseless efforts contribute to attain the prominence in the Pathology Laboratory at Ahmedabad.

Dr. Ruchit Shah  has done DNB(Diplomate of National Board) in Pathology from Santokba Durlabhji Memorial Hospital, Jaipur, after finishing his DCP in PATHOLOGY  and MBBS from V.S.Hospital, Ahmedabad. His background in technology and business management was instrumental in his career path towards.

Prior to Mangalam Pathology Laboratory, he has worked with Unipath Speciality Laboratory as a branch head and got experience in making  strategic planning to solve significant corporate challenges.
